Announcing the iDrive Packiyo integration: Access iDrive Logistics carriers and discounts through Packiyo WMS

iDrive Logistics is pleased to announce our new integration partnership with Packiyo, a warehouse management system that handles inventory, orders, returns, and more. Merchants and 3PLs can connect sales channels, automate order workflows, and run efficient and effective warehouses.

With the new iDrive Logistics and Packiyo integration, Packiyo users can access exclusive, expertly negotiated shipping rates from multiple national and regional carriers. All of our shipping rates are offered under iDrive-owned contracts directly with carriers, ensuring reliability and optimized agreements.

How the iDrive Packiyo integration works

iDrive provides a comprehensive solution for using major shipping carriers with great rates (or use your own) directly into your Packiyo WMS. Below, we’ll go over how to access iDrive carriers from within your Packiyo account.

Bottom line: To activate iDrive carriers in your Packiyo account, contact iDrive directly to request access.

A step-by-step guide to add iDrive in Packiyo

To start accessing exclusive shipping rates and carriers, follow these steps and add iDrive as a shipping connection in Packiyo.

Step 1: View Shipping Carriers

In your Packiyo dashboard, click on the Settings icon (below the Pack Orders arrow), located on the bottom left of the screen.

In the dropdown, click Shipping Carriers.

Step 2: Add Carriers

Once the carriers page has loaded, click on the Add Carrier button.

Step 3: Select iDrive

You should now see a modal with available carrier connection options. Select iDrive and click the Next button.

Step 4: Reach out to iDrive

If you already have an iDrive account, you’ll be able to connect it in this next step. If not, you’ll have the option to reach out to iDrive directly to get started. If you don’t already have an account, please fill out the form here.

The iDrive Logistics team will then begin processing your information and connecting APIs on the backend of your Packiyo account. Once complete, iDrive carriers will show up as an option to select in your Settings/Carriers screen.

Note: Please allow approximately one week for iDrive to acquire and activate your ideal carrier accounts and populate them into your Packiyo account. Our team will remain in contact throughout the process to keep you updated.

Connection Successful!

Once your connection is complete, your account will start showing available iDrive shipping options.

Additionally, Packiyo will automatically refresh the iDrive carrier connection every night to check for any updates to available carrier accounts. Alternatively, you can also click “Import Carriers” and it will manually refresh your iDrive carrier accounts.

The iDrive carrier accounts will now be available for rate shopping and label generation inside Packiyo.

Using the iDrive-Packiyo integration

Once the integration is live, Packiyo users will be able to access iDrive carriers and rates directly within the Packiyo WMS. Shippers can select the best rates across multiple carriers, with all surcharges considered, and utilize iDrive Logistics’ comprehensive shipping support for things like claims, RTS, lost packages, duties and taxes, etc.

In addition to launching your multi-carrier strategy, using iDrive rates from the Packiyo WMS also ensures reliable rates and delivery service-level agreements, since iDrive owns and negotiates all contracts with carriers for consistent optimization.
