Print labels and find order documentation such as packing slips and commercial invoices for international shipments, right from within the iDrive TMS portal.

Frequently Asked Questions
Automated rate shopping saves you time by finding the best shipping rate for you. When you import an order without a specific shipping carrier or service selected, the iDrive TMS will automatically choose one based on your account’s automation settings.
You can set it to pick the:
- Cheapest rate overall.
- Cheapest rate with a specific transit time (e.g., “Cheapest in 3 days or less”).
- A predetermined default shipping method you have already set up.
The rate shopping override feature ensures you get the best deal, even if an order already has a specific shipping method.
If this feature is enabled, when an order is imported with a carrier already assigned (e.g., “USPS Ground Advantage”), the iDrive TMS will:
- Find all other available shipping methods with a similar or faster transit time.
- Compare their rates.
- Automatically select the cheapest one among them.
This guarantees you get the best possible price while maintaining the same or a better level of service for your customer.
Yes! The iDrive TMS supports packing slips for both single and batch order processing.
You can also download a copy of the packing slip even after a shipment has been processed. All packing slips are printed in a standard 4″x6″ format.
